The paper presents the results of the information analysis of works that deal with studying the molybdenum and silicon effect on the properties of high-entropy alloys (HEA) of the Co-Cr-Fe-Ni-Mn system. The analysis shows that introducing of molybdenum and silicon has a positive effect on the strength of alloys while maintaining or even improving ductility. According to various estimates, these indicators increase on average by 1.2-1.5 times. Such an improvement in properties occurs due to the formation of interstitial solid a- and j -phases and Laves phases that are uniformly distributed in the viscous matrix of the solid solution in the structure. At the same time, the analysis shows that there are no works that deal with studying of technological properties, for example, fluidity. Considering the prospects for the development of quasi high-entropy alloys (QHEA) that represent a slightly different from HEA system, it seems promising to study the molybdenum and silicon effect on the properties of QHEA, since a simple transfer of the available results is not correct.
